The Role
Reporting to the Executive Chef, we are seeking a talented Full-Time Chef de Partie with a strong background in breakfast service or banquet events to join our dynamic team. As a key member in the kitchen, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. In this role you will be doing:
- Ensure that foods are prepared, cooked and presented according to the menu and recipe.
- Follow standards of presentation, quality and portion control in line with the outlets menu presentation folder and recipes.
- Assist in menu development, bringing fresh ideas and contributing to the creation of innovative and seasonal dishes
- Monitor stock levels for the section and communicate ordering needs
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff in your section.
Talent Profile
About You
- Diploma in Commercial Cookery
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene practices and allergen awareness
- Excellent time management, communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for culinary excellence and commitment to high standards.
