We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Overnight Kitchen Attendant to join our Stewarding team at the Hotel. If you're passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

• Perform nightly deep cleaning of the kitchen and back-of-house (BOH) areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in line with brand guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitary kitchen environment, including fridge, cool room, and dry store areas.
• Clean and distribute crockery, cutlery, equipment, pots, and pans.
• Assist with cooking tasks as required for overnight orders, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, and consistency.
• Collect, sort, and dispose of waste throughout the hotel.
• This role is for 5 days a week, from Sunday to Thursday.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work autonomously, managing tasks independently 
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
