• Manage all incoming enquiries and oversee quoting, conversion, and planning for Leisure Groups through Australian-based Inbound Tour Operators and International Wholesalers.

• Build strong relationships with regular clients and booking agents to encourage repeat business

• Review daily reports to confirm group reservations (especially for inbound tour operators and wholesalers) are accurate

• Manage inventory and group booking blocks to ensure efficient use of room allocations and adherence to group policies

• Aim to convert all enquiries into confirmed bookings, upselling where possible

• Experience executing the reservations function for 4- or 5-star hotel

• Proven track record in generating revenue

• Experience with sales or reservations gained from hotels, ITO, wholesale or tourism operators is highly desirable

• Experience managing key customer relationships

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in multiple languages is highly regarded
