PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne are currently looking for an energetic, and passionate Reservations Agent to join our team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, the Reservations Agent is responsible for providing excellent service during the reservations process. You will be driven, have high attention to detail, show strong collaboration with the team and will be able to meet targets while optimising revenue. 

The Role:

• Work with the team to ensure a high level of product and system knowledge
• Ensure accuracy of all guest communications relating to Reservations
• Positively manage guest and client concerns
• Work in collaboration with Front Office to ensure company standards are adhered to
• Ensure all reservation enquiries are handled promptly, professionally and in an engaging manner
• Ensure compliance with the policies and procedure
  
  

Ideally you will have:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Hotel industry experience is preferred
• Solid Opera PMS experience
