• Support in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervise and coordinate banquet associates during events.
• Ensure proper setup, service, and breakdown of banquet events.
• Communicate with clients to understand and meet their event requirements.
• Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.
• Communicate with clients, other internal associates, or departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.

• Minimum 3 years of working experiences in Banquet operations, preferably in a 5 star international hotel/resort.
• Proven experience in banquet or event management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficiency in event management software is a plus point.
