Crafted by Executive Chef Alvin Leong and his team, headlining the Valentine's Day buffet showcase at the various live stations are hearty mains such as the Iberico Pork Jowl and Garlic Rosemary Lamb Chops served straight from the Josper Grill, as well as the succulent Beef Wellington and Saffron-infused Seafood Fideuá.
Alongside these, the evening of indulgence continues with favourites including the Braised Sea Treasure with Crab Meat, Singapore Chilli Crab, Honey Sesame Pork Belly with Baby Abalone and Miso-glazed Barramundi. Don’t forget to pick up Chef Alvin’s signature Beef Rendang and stop by the noodle bar for some of our signature Pickering Baby Lobster Laksa too!
And because it isn’t a Valentine’s Day celebration without a couple of sweet treats, the dessert station features choice picks such as the Raspberry Chocolate Fountain, Chocolate Raspberry Gâteaux, Chocolate Caramel Tart and Strawberry and White Chocolate Panna Cotta.
