In line with the National Registration Regulations, all guests are required to present a valid physical Identity Card (IC) or a passport during check-in for verification purposes. Other identifications such as Digital ICs (e.g. Singpass), work permits, long-term visit passes, dependent passes, driving licenses and membership cards are not accepted.

Rates Policy

Rates are subject to service charge and Goods and Services Tax (GST). An additional fee will apply should a rollaway bed be required.

Child Policy

Children under 12 years old are allowed to share the room without additional charges using existing bedding.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds are not available in the Hotel (except for Signature Suite).

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Breakfast Pricing

Buffet breakfast at Lime Restaurant is at SGD40 per adult and SGD20 per child (aged six to 12 years old) per meal.

The Hotel has a driveway ramp, handicap-friendly guestrooms and restrooms, and lift access on every floor.
