•  A security guard should make a periodic check of the parking area to ensure that motorists have locked their vehicles with the windows closed.
• Undesirable elements or suspicious persons found loitering in the car parks should be stopped and checked. If they are found to have no reasonable excuse for being in the vicinity, they shall be advised to leave the premises.
• To report fused bulb / lighting are replaced.
  
• To inform motorists not to leave valuable items exposed in their vehicles.
  
• No theft of property inside vehicle.
  
• Effective Security – to provide a safe environment to all users of the car park.To inspect handbags, parcels of hotel staff reporting to work.
  
• To ensure that the loading/unloading bay is not obstructed by unauthorized vehicles.
  
• To ensure that NO dumping is done by contractors at loading/unloading area.
  
• To ensure that only employees of the Hotel use this entrance when reporting for duty or going off from duty.
  
• To ensure that only construction workers and employees do not remove articles belonging to the Hotel out of the premises.To monitor and safeguard employee’s time card machine from fraud and damage.
  
• To monitor CCTVs for suspicious persons and alert SSM/ASSM/field security officers if any irregularities.
  
• To monitor the magnetic door locking system and alert field security officers to check any alarm activation and to record any findings of such activation. Appropriate actions must be taken accordingly to prevent recurrence.
  
• To ensure that the security system installed are functioning and report any malfunctioning without delay.
  

SPM or Diploma in security management.

1-2 years equivalient working experiences.

Attention to details.

Strong communication skills.

Familiar with building emergency procedures.

First aid certified.
