With the majority of the refurbishment now complete, only a few final touches remain, ensuring the hotel is fully prepared to welcome guests back. Since commencing in May 2023, the refurbishment is on track to be fully completed by late 2024. The newly designed interiors and updated convention facilities have already elevated the hotel to a new level of luxury, delivering a refined experience for both business and leisure guests, all while maintaining Pan Pacific's signature warm hospitality.

refurbishment of its 392 guest rooms and suites, rejuvenation of 96 Pacific Club rooms and suites, redesign of the convention level ballrooms and meeting rooms, the entire lobby and porte cochère, as well as the exclusive Pacific Club Lounge on level 7.
