Rates Policy

Following the announcement by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, effective from 1st March 2024, Sales and Service Tax (SST) will be increased from 6% to 8%. All room rates will be subject to a 10% Service Charge, 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST) and a MYR3 Local Government Fee per room, per night. Additionally, a Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room, per night will be collected upon check-in for non-Malaysian guests.

Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Child Policy

A maximum of two children under the age of 12 years old are allowed to share the room without additional charges using existing bedding. If extra beds for the children are required, we provide rollaway beds inclusive of breakfast, starting from an additional MYR 130 per room, per night, for selected room types only.

Extra Persons

The Superior Room and Premier Seaview Room can accommodate a maximum of two persons. In the case of the Deluxe Room, Deluxe Seafacing Room, Lanai Suite, Pulau Pinang Suite, and Francis Light Suite, a third person will incur an extra charge of MYR 157, which includes an extra bed and breakfast. Prices are subject to a 10% Service Charge and 8% Sales and Services Tax and may change without prior notice.

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Complimentary for a maximum of one child under two years old upon request, subject to availability.

Breakfast Pricing

The buffet breakfast at Cinnamon Asian Kitchen is priced at MYR 95 per adult and MYR 47.50 per child (aged 6 to 12 years old). Prices are subject to a 10% Service Charge and 8% Sales and Services Tax and may change without prior notice. 

Taxi Services

The Resort recommends using only the red and white or blue taxi services. For your safety, please avoid illegal and unlicensed vehicles and individuals soliciting services around the Resort.

Parking Fee

Complimentary parking is available for one vehicle per room per stay on a first-come-first-served basis. 

Payment Types

The Resort accepts Visa, Master, American Express, Union Pay and E-Wallets (Grab, Touch 'n Go, Boost, MCash, Alipay and WeChat Pay).

Accessibility

The Resort features a driveaway ramp, wheelchair access facilities in public areas, and lift access on every floor. Handicapped-friendly guestrooms are also available, but please note that an advance request is required.
