Cancellation Policy |
No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 local time on the day of arrival for fully flexible booking rates. The first night will be charge for bookings cancelled after 18:00. Cash Deposit Policy | A valid photo identification and security deposit as per check-in policy must be provided. At time of check-in a full payment of accommodation is required plus an additional cash payment of AUD 400 as a security bond for any incidental costs. The unused portion of the security bond will be refunded upon check-out, providing there is no outstanding amount owed to the hotel. |

Payment with Credit/Debit Cards | At the time of check-in, a physical credit or debit card is required to be provided for the accommodation. The credit card provided must match the name of the reservation and photo identification. A merchant service fee of 1.25% will apply for American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Union Pay and 3% for Diners card payments. |

Credit card Pre-authorization | Upon check-in, the hotel will Pre-Authorize up to the total amount of room rate plus an additional AUD 100 per stay for incidental costs as a security deposit. After settlement of your bill, or should you choose an alternative method of payment on check-out, your bank/card provider may take up to 10 (ten) business days to return/release the remaining funds or cancel the reserve which has been placed on your card. Unfortunately, the timing of this process is determined by your bank or credit card provider and the hotel has no control over this timing. |
