- Full payment due 2 (two) days prior to arrival
- Non-refundable if cancelled within 2 (two) days of arrival
- Must be booked and guaranteed with a valid credit card
- A maximum of 7 (seven) room nights per room per stay
- A maximum of 2 (two) rooms allowed per associate rate.
- Both rooms must be staying on the same dates for the same length of stay
- Bookable within 60 days of arrival
- If Hotel is over 75% occupancy an Associate Rate will not be available
- Rate changes may apply, package is subject to availability, restrictions and minimum stays may apply
- The Hotel reserves the right to terminate or amend promotional details without prior notice
- Rates are based on single/double occupancy for Studios and One Bedroom Suites and quad occupancy for Two Bedroom Suites. Extra adult charges apply
- Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes
- Must be booked and guaranteed with a valid credit card
- Parking not included
- Self parking C$32 / Valet parking C$38, per vehicle per night plus tax
- I am aware that I am responsible for a reservation request made for myself
- Unacceptable behavior by myself and/or guests may result in loss of room request privileges
- The consumption of alcohol on the pool deck and smoking anywhere on property is strictly prohibited
- Parties that negatively impact a full paying guest may result in termination of stay and of my employment
- Any and All damage caused to the room will be my sole responsibility financially
