The Website is operated by Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore (i.e. the Hotel). These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

These General Terms and Conditions shall be understood in conjunction with the information included under Things To Note and Redemption Instructions of the product page.

General Terms and conditions:

• For enquiry and redemption of e-voucher please email enquiry.ppsor.panpacific@panpacific.panpacific.com.panpacific. 

This Voucher is:

• Valid for one-time use at St Gregory,  Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore from 19 August 2024 to 31 December 2024  and daycation stay from 19 August 2024 to 31 December 2024 (except hotel room published blackout dates).
• Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other room promotions.
• Spa treatments cannot be interchangeable for a higher value and unused potion cannot be exchanged for monetary value.     
• All three spa treatments included in the voucher will be performed consecutively and must be completed on the same day of redemption.
• A 7-day advance room reservation and spa reservation is required and confirmed simultaneously for the daycation. Room and spa reservations are subject to availability upon confirmation.
• Upon the purchase of the e-voucher, please email enquiry.ppsor.panpacific@panpacific.panpacific.com.panpacific for enquiry and redemption. Please quote the e-voucher number.
• Daycation room usage check- in at 9.00am and check-out at  6.00pm. Room Type: Beach Club Pool Access Loft.
• St Gregory spa opening hours are 11am to 9pm (last appointment at 7.45pm).
• The voucher for the spa and day room is considered redeemed and non refundable in the event of no show.
• The management reserved the right to change without prior notice.    
• Valid within the stated validity period and strictly no extensions of the validity period will be allowed.
• Not valid if altered or tampered in any way.
• Not valid unless presented and redeemed by the Voucher Bearer named on the Voucher.
• Non-transferable, non-refundable in any way and not valid for cash exchange.
• Not valid on the eve of public holidays, public holidays and blackout dates as determined by the Hotel.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, privileges, memberships or vouchers, unless otherwise stated.
• Not valid for replacement if lost, damaged, defaced, stolen, expired and/or voided, or degraded in any manner that precludes proper redemption of the Voucher.

The Voucher shall:

• Entitle the Bearer to only the privileges and inclusions stated on the face of the Voucher.
• Exclude any other spending, charges or fees incurred associated with the redemption of the Voucher. Any such charges shall be borne by the Bearer and payable to the Hotel.

Voucher usage

• The e-voucher must be presented to the Hotel Associate for redemption before use.
• For Vouchers involving alcoholic products, or for spa treatments, redemptions are only accepted from individuals aged 18 years and above.
• The Hotel Management shall not be liable for any damages or claims arising from misuse of the Voucher.
• The Hotel Management reserves the right to decline any Voucher redemption at its own discretion, and is not obligated in any manner to disclose its decision.
• The Hotel Management reserves the right to review the terms and conditions and make amendments without prior notice.

Privacy Policy:

• By purchasing and using this Voucher, You, the Buyer and the Bearer whom may be a third party, agrees to the Privacy Policy at panpacific.com/en/privacy-policy.html, and consent to the Pan Pacific Hotels Group and their related corporations (collectively, "PPHG") collecting, using and disclosing your personal data. PPHG is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your personal data. Your information will only be used to enhance your experience with us and will not be disclosed to third parties.
