Rates Policy

Child Policy

A maximum of one child under the age of 12 is allowed to share the room using existing bedding. Children aged 12 years old and under are welcome at Pacific Club Lounge before 5:00pm.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds can only be arranged in suites, at an additional SGD150 per room per night, for a maximum of one additional person and one bed per room, subject to availability. Price is subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Complimentary upon request, subject to availability.

Parking Fee

Complimentary parking at the hotel carpark accessible via Claymore Drive is available for hotel guests, subject to one vehicle per room, per stay. 

Charges apply for city guests at $6 for the first hour and $3 for subsequent 30 minutes or part thereof.

All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.  Guarantee/deposit policies may be vary by rate, please check the individual rates for specific guarantee/deposit policy. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking upon check-in or making payment at the Hotel. 

The Hotel accepts credit cards, Alipay, WeChat and Union pay upon check-out at the Reception Desk.  

Accessibility

Accessible rooms are available for people with special needs. The Hotel has a driveway ramp and handicapped-friendly rooms.

Smoking Rooms

The Hotel adopts a non-smoking policy within the Hotel's premises as mandated by the local regulations. A designated smoking area is assigned at the Hotel main entrance.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled two days (local time) prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid penalty of one night's stay, including service charge and taxes. Cancellation policies may vary by rate, please check individual rates for specific cancellation policy. A no-show fee of one night's stay and taxes shall apply.
