Originating on the Silk Road thousands of years ago, Dim Sum was served in small tea houses as an accompaniment to the tea ceremony. Over the centuries, the Cantonese have gradually transformed Dim Sum into a popular cuisine of Chinese culture with hundreds of varieties ranging from dumplings, buns, wraps, rolls to tarts, puffs and puddings.
Modern day Dim Sum is only limited to the Chef’s creativity and may vary in shapes and size; however, the traditional spirit of Dimsum has always been and will always be “the food that invigorates heart-to-heart conversation with your closest friends and family!
