Child Policy

A maximum of one child under 6 years old is allowed to share the room without additional charges using existing bedding.

The Club Lounge for guests staying in the "Club floor" is restricted to guests aged 13 and over. Utilisation of the Fitness Club is restricted to guests aged 18 and over.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds can be placed in selected room categories at an additional JPY10,000++ (Deluxe and Premier Corner) or JPY20,000++ (Club Premier and Club Corner) per room, per night (room only, subject to availability).

The Hotel has a handicap-friendly guestroom on the 19th floor.

Smoking Rooms

The hotel has a no-smoking policy within its public areas, selected rooms and all suites. Please reserve smoking rooms if guests wish to smoke. 

Accommodation Tax

An Accommodation Tax will be charged when staying at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel (tax levy enforced from Oct. 1, 2002). Please note that the Accommodation Tax is not included in the total charges when booking online.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 2 days (local time) prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty of 1 night's stay, including taxes. Cancellation policies may vary by rate, please check individual rates for specific cancellation policy. A no-show fee of 1 night's stay and taxes will apply.
