A Traditional Multi-Course Japanese Meal of Cerulean Tower SUKIYA
Savour authentic kaiseki cuisine while getting acquainted with the concept of omotenashi, or true Japanese hospitality. At SUKIYA, a restaurant dramatically designed like the stage of Noh theatre, a traditional multi-course lunch or dinner is served in washitsu or a traditional Japanese-style room lined with tatami mats. There is the spacious Zashiki room with 30 tatami mats for up to 14 diners or the more intimate Roji tea garden tearoom with 6 tatami mats. Both are perfect for private or business engagements, corporate entertainment or family gatherings, marriage ceremonies or memorial services.
Reservations
We wholeheartedly welcome guests with a once-in-a-lifetime experience as we accept only one party with a minimum of two people per day and night. The Noh theater cannot be viewed while a performance is in progress.
