1.  The voucher is valid to be utilised in St. Gregory Spa at Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore from 1 November 2024 to 30 June 2025.                                                 

2.  Voucher bearer is entitled to 15% discount of the a la carte spa treatment.                               

3.  Not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, room promotions, privileges, vouchers, unless otherwise stated.                                                                        

4.  Spa treatments cannot be interchangeable for a higher value and unused potion cannot be exchanged for monetary value.                                                          

5.   Prior reservations required, subject to request and black-out dates may apply.

6.   A 7-day advance spa reservation is required.

7.   Upon the purchase of the e-voucher, please email stgregory.ppsor.panpacific@panpacific.panpacific.com.panpacific for enquiry and redemption. Please quote the e-voucher number.

8.   Guests will check in to the relaxation room, which will be provided before and after their treatments.

9.   St. Gregory spa opening hours are 11am to 9pm (last appointment at 7.30pm).

10. Valid within the stated validity period and strictly no extensions of the validity period will be allowed.

11. Not valid if altered or tampered in any way.

12. Not valid unless presented and redeemed by the Voucher Bearer named on the Voucher.

13. Non-transferable, non-refundable in any way and not valid for cash exchange.

14. Not valid for replacement if lost, damaged, defaced, stolen, expired and/or voided, or degraded in any manner that precludes proper redemption of the Voucher.       

15. The management reserved the right to review the terms and conditions and make amendments without prior notice.

Redemption Instructions

1. Spa reservations must be made 7 days in advance, subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply.

2. Upon the purchase of the e-voucher, please email stgregory.ppsor.panpacific@panpacific.panpacific.com.panpacific for enquiry and redemption. Please quote the e-voucher number.

3. The guest must present the e-voucher before the commencement of the spa treatement.          

4. The voucher redemptions are subject to availability. They cannot be used during blackout periods, which are determined and subjected to changes at the sole discretion of Pan Pacific Orchard. 

5. Guests will check in to the relaxation room, which will be provided before and after their treatments.

7. The e-voucher is valid for one person only and accompanying guests are not allowed.
