A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment of room and tax is charged based upon the season - 2 days prior to arrival date in summer, 30 days prior to arrival in winter and 45 days prior to arrival over the Festive season. Once the deposit has been received, a reservation is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-changeable. If cancelled, a penalty of 100% of the full reservation value will apply.

Suite rates include a mandatory Resort Fee of CAD 30 per day plus applicable taxes. The hotel provides daily Buffet Breakfast, slope-side valet ski and snowboard storage, courtesy car service within Whistler Village, Hosted Après (seasonal), and access to all amenities and services, including an outdoor saltwater lap pool, two hot tubs, and a Nordic sauna.

Delivery is available to guests from many Whistler restaurants

Hot buffet breakfast is offered daily from the Pacific Lounge between the hours of 7am and 10am.

Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre has two hot tubs and a heated, outdoor saltwater lap pool, open year round. The pool is open to hotel guests only from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
