- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required for reservations of more than 8 people, with secure pay-links arranged via email.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or in the case of a no-show.
- All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.
- A merchant service fee of 1.25% for American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, and 3% for JCB will be applied to all credit card payments.
- In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English version shall prevail.
