Yoga is a way to move your body, relax your mind, and connect with your soul. Each session will be tailored to your needs and abilities. Classes will work on strength, flexibility, and balance. Experience a one-on-one session with our yoga instructor. You will be guided through a class that includes asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and savasana (relaxation) to create mental and physical awareness.
