Seoul Good is back by popular demand, bringing a feast of beloved Korean favourites!

Led by Peppermint’s Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee and his talented culinary team, this buffet experience brings the vibrant, hearty flavours of Korea to the sunny shores of Singapore, available from 6 June (Dinner) until 13 July 2025 (Lunch).

Warm your soul with Soegogi-yachaejuk — a comforting Wagyu beef brisket and seaweed rice soup — and dive into popular street food like Gamja Sausage (Korean corn chicken sausage) and Ramyeon Chijimi (spicy noodle pancake). Don’t miss the indulgent Korean Cheese Grilled Lobster (dinner only) and the luxurious Pan-Seared Korean Abalone (weekend dinner only). For those who love a crunch, crispy delights like Yangnyeom-Tongdak and Dakgangjeong offer savoury and spicy fried chicken, while Gogi-Gui serves up grilled premium meats wrapped in lettuce with traditional Korean condiments.

Meat lovers will savour a stellar line-up featuring Beef Bulgogi (grilled black Angus beef slices), Kkorijjim (braised Wagyu oxtail), and Andong Jjimdak (braised chicken). Hearty stews like Beef Doenjang Jigage and the dinner-exclusive BBQ Wagyu Beef Short Ribs offer deep, rich flavours that satisfy every craving. Meanwhile, seafood takes centre stage with the bold Maeuntang (spicy sustainable barramundi stew), flavour-packed Sundubu Jjigae (spicy soft tofu stew with seafood), and Haemul Pajeon (seafood scallion pancake). The Ojingeo Bokkeum — spicy stir-fried giant squid tentacles with cheese — promises a fiery, cheesy kick.
