Nature’s Noël comes alive at Peppermint on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve 
with heartwarming celebration experiences for the whole family.

Savour bountiful festive feasts as roving carollers, jolly Santas and sparkling Santarinas spread joy from table to table.
On Christmas Eve, diners will also be treated to a photobooth and dazzling tableside magic from 7pm to 9pm.
On New Year's Eve, be sure to capture your brightest smiles at the photobooth and collect your party favours for memories of your merriest season ever!

Festive Feast Highlights

Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee presents a line-up of Joyful Harvest Festive Feasts that spotlight farm-to-table herbs and produce, responsibly sourced seafood and luxuriously fork-tender festive carvings like Applewood grilled Wagyu Beef Belly and juicy Lamb T-bone

This season’s most delicious dishes include Boston Lobster and Russian Snow Crab at the Seafood Island, Slow-Cooked Turkey with Indian Panch Phoron Five Spice and Burnt Butter Giblet Sauce, Festive Chicken Ham infused with Urban Farm Lavender and Caramelised Starfruit, and Hay-Smoked Sustainable Salmon with Caviar Citrus Sauce.

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the buffet introduces flavourful decadence, gracing the buffet spread with Classic Beef Wellington with Black Truffle Jus, Whole Duck stuffed with Morel Mushrooms and Pistachios, and Baked Lobster Yuzu Thermidor. 

And for a chef’s kiss to a stellar year, Peppermint’s New Year’s Eve buffet ushers in grandeur with a showstopping 45kg Slow-Cooked Whole Wagyu Beef Leg, Alaskan King Crab Donut Sliders, and Salmon Coulibiac crowned with Duo Caviar — stars of the buffet line-up until 1 January 2026, dinner.
