This Dragon Boat Festival, Peach Blossoms unveils a refined selection of premium handcrafted rice dumplings by award-winning Executive Chef Edward Chong and his culinary team—each lovingly wrapped and assembled with time-honoured techniques and the finest ingredients.

New this year is the Traditional Abalone, Preserved Vegetables and Pork Belly Rice Dumpling ($38.80), alongside returning favourites like the signature Premium XO Cantonese Rice Dumpling ($68.80), perfect for sharing, and the Traditional Five Spices Kurobuta Pork Belly Rice Dumpling ($35.80). For the full experience, opt for Peach Blossoms' Dumpling Collection ($118.80), featuring one of each.

Executive Chinese Chef Edward Chong is one of Singapore’s highly lauded Chinese chefs, renowned for redefining Chinese cuisine with his own innovative and modern interpretation. His story is one of transformation and dedication, from a novice to a culinary virtuoso, who now entices diners from across the globe with his refined and elevated Chinese cuisine.
