Terms & Conditions
- Valid for bookings from now until 9 August 2025, for stays on 31 December 2024 or 9 August 2025.
- Guests aged 12 years old and under are welcome at Pacific Club Lounge before 5:30pm when booking for Pacific Club Rooms and specific suites with Pacific Club Lounge access. Additional charges apply for children between the ages of six to 12 years old. Children below the age of six years old can access the Pacific Club Lounge at no additional charge. We kindly ask that Pacific Club Lounge guests with children maintain a calm and restful ambiance for the enjoyment of all guests.
- The booking for the Pacific Club Room and Suites does not include access to the New Year's Eve Party at Pacific Club Lounge which can be purchased separately.
- The fireworks show is subject to weather conditions and organizing authorities.
- Prepayment is required upon reservation and is non-refundable. Amendment and cancellation are not allowed.
- Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- Offer is subject to room availability and blackout dates apply.
- Unused services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
