Get set for a gourmet adventure with executive chef Joseph Kuan at the helm of PARKROYAL A’Famosa Melaka Resort’s in-house restaurants. Chef Kuan is a veteran of Malaysia’s culinary scene, with 30 years’ experience in international and local hotel chains in Malaysia. Besides overseeing the hotel’s kitchen operations, Chef Kuan is also tasked with the opening of the resort’s latest Chinese restaurant Ya Yuen, which will bring the hotel’s dining experience to a whole new level.
