Rates Policy

Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and six percent of Value Added Tax (VAT).

Child Policy

A child under 12 years old is allowed to share the room without additional charges using the existing bedding.

Extra Persons

The maximum number of persons for all rooms and suites (except Presidential Suite) are limited to two. A third person is allowed at CNY300 inclusive of bed and breakfast. (Price is inclusive of 10% Service Charge and six percent of Value Added Tax (VAT) and subject to change without prior notice).

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Complimentary for a maximum of one child under two years upon request (subject to availability).

Breakfast Pricing

Buffet breakfast at Café Pacifica is at CNY110 per adult and CNY55 per child (with height between 1.2 and 1.5 metres) per meal.  

Airport Shuttle

Please contact our Concierge Team to arrange for limousine service at special rates.

Parking Fee

Complimentary parking is available up to maximum of two vehicles per room per stay.

Taxi Services

The Hotel recommends using the qualified taxi services with license. For your safety, please avoid illegal and unlicensed vehicles.

Payment Types

The Hotel accepts Visa, Master, American Express, JCB, Diners and Union Pay.
Please note that the Hotel does not accept bookings made by debit card. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your reservation when checking in or making payment at the hotel.

Accessibility

The Hotel is elderly friendly. The Hotel has wheelchair access facilities at the public areas and guestrooms. A handicapped room is also available.

Smoking Rooms

The Hotel has a no-smoking policy within its public areas, rooms and suites. However there are designated areas at the hotel entrance and some part of the hotel should guests use to smoke.  Shisha, e-cigarette, cigar and vape and any other form of smoking are also prohibited.

Please note that reservations for guarantee purchases are strictly non-refundable. In the event of a refund approved by the hotel management due to unforeseen circumstances, the Hotel will not be held responsible for any foreign currency exchange loss or transaction fee by the issuing bank.
