A unique concept created to please the most discerning gourmets, the Gourmet Safari is a dinner tour where guests traverse the hotel's dining establishments for each course.

The culinary foray begins at The Atrium with delectable tapas and saketinis. Next, linger over the gourmet compositions paired with wine at Global Kitchen before proceeding to Keyaki for authentic Japanese cuisine matched with sake. The next course is served at Hai Tien Lo, located on level 37 with full-length glass windows offering a spectacular view of the city and harbour; exquisite Cantonese cuisine paired with wine. Conclude the dining experience with a selection of tempting desserts at The Atrium.

Gourmet Safari dinner is conducted daily at guests' preferred time (recommended to begin before 7:30pm). As seats are limited, prior reservations are recommended.
