A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment of room and tax is charged based upon the season - 2 days prior to arrival date in summer, 30 days prior to arrival in winter and 45 days prior to arrival over the Festive season. Once the deposit has been received, a reservation is non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-changeable. If cancelled, a penalty of 100% of the full reservation value will apply.
