Laundry Service Policy

• Price of laundry is calculated based on one of the most expensive and least expensive charges.
• Laundry items picked up before 10.00am will be returned by 8.00pm on the same day.
• Laundry items picked up after 10.00am will be returned after 8.00pm the next day.

COLLECTION Club Lounge Policy

• A smart casual dress code is required at the COLLECTION Club Lounge. Kindly note that singlets, shorts, fitness attire and slippers are not permitted.
• COLLECTION Club Lounge is reserved for guests above the age of 12 only. COLLECTION Club guests accompanied by children below the age of 12 may enjoy daily breakfast at Peppermint restaurant, as well as light snacks and evening cocktails at Portman's Bar, both located on level 4.
