Rates Policy

Rates are subject to 6% Service Tax. Tourism tax of RM10 nett per room per night will apply for non-Malaysian guests.

An additional fee will apply should a rollaway bed be required.

In line with the Malaysian Government’s recent directive, please note that the current Sales and Service Tax (SST) with be reverted from 6%  to 0% with effect from 1 March until 30 June 2021, both dates inclusive. Tourism Tax of RM 10 per room per night for non-Malaysian guests will be exempted until 30 June 2021.

Child Policy

A maximum of one child under the age of 12 years old is allowed to share the room without additional charges using existing bedding.

Rollaway Beds

Rollaway beds can be placed in all room categories at an additional RM95+ per bed, per night (except Two Bedroom Suite).

Baby Cot/Crib Hire

Complimentary upon request (subject to availability).

Breakfast Pricing

Continental breakfast with seven hot dishes and egg station is chargable at RM28.00+ per adult per day and RM18.00+ per child per day (child from four to eleven years old).

Airport Shuttle

Please contact our Guest Relations Officer to arrange for limousine service.

Parking Fee

Complimentary parking is available for all residents.

Valet Parking

Valet parking service is not available.

Payment Types

The Serviced Suites accepts Visa, Master and American Express. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment upon your arrival.

Accessibility

The Serviced Suites is elderly and child friendly.

Smoking Rooms

Dedicated smoking floors are located from level two to six.
